• Homeowner data (public records) — names and addresses sourced from publicly available UK planning permission records, used solely to send direct mail on your behalf

• Provide and improve the OptiPlan service
• Send you service notifications and billing communications
• Dispatch physical mailers to planning applicants on your behalf

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We process your account data under contract performance. We process homeowner contact data under legitimate interests — specifically, enabling tradespeople to contact homeowners who have publicly applied for planning permission for relevant building works.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 7 years afterwards (legal retention requirement). Planning record data is retained indefinitely as a public-record archive.
